We encourage guests to book appointments in advance to ensure preferred dates and times. Walk-ins are welcome when available. For the smoothest experience, we recommend booking online or calling the salon directly.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future services.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and contactless payment. Gratuity is never required, but always appreciated. Tips can be left in cash or added to your card.
If you are feeling unwell or have had recent exposure to illness, please reschedule your appointment for a later date. Our salon follows all state and local guidelines to keep our space clean and safe for everyone.
